All pricing is in Australian dollars ($AUD). All pricing, contents and specifications are correct as to the best of our knowledge and are subject to change without notice. MAD (www.madgear.com.au) take no responsibility for any errors in listings, images, specifications, part numbers, prices and model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, pricing and applications at any time without further obligation.

Exchanges
If you order the wrong size, colour or you have just simply changed your mind about a product, we will happily exchange your item if the item is not worn or damaged and all the original tags and packaging are still intact.
Exchange items are processed as soon as possible return time is dependant on post/couriers.
If the product ordered is faulty we will happily exchange or offer a full refund. We ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please make sure that all original tags and product packaging is still intact.

Refunds
Here at MAD we strive to do right by our customers, If for some reason you need to exchange or refund an item, simply contact us directly via email or phone (07) 5444 4345, and one of our friendly staff will be happy to help. We can also notify you via e-mail of your exchange or refund once we ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
Price of shipping is shown at the time of purchase. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If shipping multiple items, please contact us for a quote.

Privacy
MAD is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not rent, share or sell the information to any third party in any way. We request information from the shopper on our order form. The user must provide their contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiry date). This information is used for shipping and billing purposes only. If there is any problem with the order (stock level, shipping delays etc) this information is used to contact the shopper.
